Skills that can be acquired at DLTX
01
Technological strength
By utilizing our comprehensive training system, you will not only learn the basics of IT and digital literacy and other knowledge and skills required as a systems engineer, but you will also be able to acquire high levels of expertise and continue to grow through a wide range of practical experience and taking on new challenges.

02
Management skills
In order to improve the management skills that are essential for business people, we offer a variety of training programs for everyone from junior employees to those in managerial positions. In addition, by gaining practical experience in an environment where you can take on new challenges from a young age, you can acquire management skills and steadily improve those skills.

03
Creativity
Given the changes in the external environment and the rapid advancement of technology, it is necessary to pursue new value creation. DLTX provides an environment where employees can experiment with new technologies and brainstorm better ideas, fostering a culture that encourages them to take on new challenges.

04
Planning and proposal skills
DLTX's strength is not only in system development, but also in analyzing users' current operations, identifying real issues, and planning, proposing, and implementing optimal system solutions that integrate into business processes. Our employees are committed to enhancing their skills through advanced planning and proposals, aiming to elevate the "customer experience value" that lies ahead.

Nurture people, Nurture the company
We have formulated a Career Development Program (CDP) that organically links employee training (OJT/OFF-JT) and evaluation, aiming to enhance the value of our human resources by producing multi-skilled individuals and strengthening business and innovation capabilities. To develop human resources that can adopt to environmental changes, we are actively promoting diversity. By establishing a human resources development program that includes a career challenge system (a transfer system by applying for publicly advertised positions), various training programs to develop talent for promoting digital transformation, and career design support, we provide opportunities for challenges and expand the field in which diverse employees can thrive.

Systems to support employee growth
New Employee Training
New recruits will undergo training for about three months after joining the company, during which they will have the time to learn the basics, such as computer fundamentals and programming. In addition to system development skills, the training curriculum is comprehensive, covering basic knowledge about life insurance and business etiquette. After completing the new recruit training and being assigned to a department, they will be paired with a senior employee who will act as their instructor for one year. During this period, they will learn the job through on-the-job training while actually performing the tasks.
System skills training/Business skills training
We provide numerous system skills training programs to help employees acquire the skills necessary to be a systems engineer. DLTX supports employees in every possible way to acquire the knowledge and skills specific to their respective jobs and become professionals.
In addition to system skills, business skills such as logical communication and coaching are also important. At milestone times such as promotions, we also provide training to confirm the required role and acquire the necessary skills.
Career Challenge System
This system supports employees in autonomously forming their own careers and improving their abilities and skills. Employees can take on the challenge of the job they want, undergo interviews with the host department, and if they pass, they can actually transfer to that position.
Career design support
For DLTX to achieve sustainable growth, it is important that each and every one of its most important management resources, its human resources (i.e. employees), is able to work enthusiastically and in their own way and grow autonomously towards the person they want to be.
We implement various initiatives that combine career counseling and a variety of career design training to encourage employees to develop their own careers autonomously and provide follow-up support for their growth.
Self-development incentive system
The self-development incentive system is designed to support employees' independent skill development and improvement. Typical examples include the designated external qualification incentive and qualification acquisition support.
The designated external qualification incentive provides a reward when an employee acquires (passes) an external qualification designated by the company. Qualification acquisition support involves efforts to reduce the out-of-pocket costs of attending prep courses for information processing exams and training courses aimed at acquiring various qualifications.
