Here, we would like to introduce DLTX's work-life balance system.

Work-life Balance initiatives

DLTX strives to promote work-life balance so that employees can achieve a good balance between their work and life and fully utilize their capabilities.

Efforts 01

Planned Leaves system

We have established a system to encourage employees to take a certain number of days off per year. The aim of this system is to ensure fairness among employees in taking holidays, ensure physical and mental health, and improve productivity through well-balanced work.

Special Paid Leave / Service Recognition Leave

To allow employees to refresh their mind and body by taking consecutive days off, full-time employees are granted two days of paid special leave, and in principle, can take five consecutive business days off (two days of paid special leave + three days of annual leave) once a year. Additionally, employees who have worked for the company for 10, 15, 20, 25, 30, 35, or 40 years are granted five days of paid special leave.

Care for mind and body

We have established a comprehensive health management system for the purpose of managing the mental and physical health of our employees. In addition to regular health checkups, we have also set up a health consultation desk with public health nurses and industrial physicians and are able to provide a wide range of health consultations.

Diversity Initiatives

We are promoting diversity by recognizing the variety of our human resources and assigning duties according to each employee's characteristics and aptitudes, thereby enhancing our corporate value. DLTX has various systems in place to support employees with childbirth, childcare, and nursing care.

DLTXでは各種制度により社員の出産・育児、介護を支援しています。
積立公休 有効期間を経過した有給休暇を育児休業や介護休暇に利用でき、その期間も通常の給与を支給します
ハイブリッドワーク オフィスワークとテレワークを組み合わせて働く、ハイブリッドワークを採用しています
妊産婦通院休暇 健康診査等の通院、両親学級等の参加、つわり等妊娠期間の体調不良をきたした場合に取得できます
産前産後休暇 出産予定日の前後に休暇を取得でき、その期間も通常の給与を支給します
育児休業 子どもの出生日から、子どもが満1歳6カ月到達後の翌月以降最初の4月末日または10月末日までのいずれか早い日を迎えるまでの期間における本人申出期間、取得できます
男性の育児休業取得推奨 子どもが生まれた男性社員に対して育児休業を取得することを会社として働きかけています
短時間勤務(育児) 小学校3年生到達後の最初の3月末日までの期間、最大2時間活用できます
育児時間 1日2回各30分、育児時間を取得できます
子の看護休暇 小学校に就学するまでの子どもが病気等になり、看護が必要な場合に休暇を取得できます
時間単位公休 業務時間中に、1時間単位での公休を取得することができます
育児サービス経費補助 育児サービス料(保育所等の利用料)の30%相当額を満3歳到達後の3月末まで支給します (ジュニア層正社員のみ)
介護休業 家族に対する介護をより充実させ、安心して仕事との両立がはかれるよう、介護休業(当社規程に定める期間を限度とする本人申出期間)を取得することができます
介護休暇 要介護状態にある家族の介護や世話をする場合に休暇を取得できます
短時間勤務(介護) 家族の介護を行いながら仕事を続ける場合に、当社規程に定める期間、活用できます
