Reporting Hotline for Business Partners
We have established an external reporting hotline for executives and employees of our business partners and subcontractors.
If you notice any compliance issues involving our employees-such as violations of laws or regulations, discrimination, harassment, or other human rights concerns- ,we kindly ask that you report them to us.
We will conduct fact-checking and take appropriate action regarding any reports we receive.
However, please note that we may refrain from responding to reports that are clearly determined to be slanderous or malicious in nature.
- *Information about the reporter and the details of the report will be strictly managed in accordance with our internal policies. Individuals who submit reports in good faith will not be subject to any disadvantage or unfair treatment as a result of their report. Furthermore, such information will not be disclosed to third parties or used for purposes other than investigating and addressing the reported issue, without the reporter's consent-except where disclosure is required by law or regulation.

Reports submitted to our Speak-Up Office, part of the Internal Control Management Department, will be carefully reviewed, investigated, and addressed.
When submitting a report, please include your company name, full name, and contact information in the message.
A representative will contact you directly.
Please note that anonymous reports may limit our ability to verify details or provide feedback on the investigation outcomes.
If your report includes sensitive information such as your name and requires special handling, please clearly indicate this in your message.
