In-charge of development of the official websites of Dai-ichi Life Insurance and Dai-ichi Life Holdings
I got an interest in IT when I was in high school and wanted to share the photos I took on the internet. So, I used a creation supporting software to create a homepage. I majored in information engineering at university. After graduating, I worked as a systems engineer at two companies in the travel industry and the recruitment and advertising industry. During my childcare leave for my second child, I began considering changing jobs and have been working at DLTX since May 2022.
My current responsibilities involve the overall development of the official websites of Dai-ichi Life and Dai-ichi Life Holdings. I am also responsible for the development and operation of the screen that accepts requests for documents from customers.
My main job is updating the official websites at the request of Dai-ichi Life and Dai-ichi Life Holdings staff to add or modify text, images, designs, etc. Although the section name has changed, I have been involved in my current duties since joining DLTX.
The defining feature of this job is the need for speedy, high-quality responses within a short period of time, usually around two weeks after receiving a request. In parallel with these short-term projects, I also create content related to important facts such as quarterly financial results, which are scheduled in advance, and the "Senryu Contest" that Dai-ichi Life holds every year.

Towards improving the quality of operations across the entire group
In addition to development-related tasks, my responsibilities also include allocating tasks to employees and adjusting schedules.
In order to smoothly progress with a considerable number of system development projects in a short span of time, I believe that careful communication with the staff at Dai-ichi Life and Dai-ichi Life Holdings when receiving requests is important. It is essential to accurately listen to and understand the intention and content of the request, and to communicate as clearly as possible to avoid any discrepancies with the staff in charge of each project. I feel that my work experience in my previous job, in which I was in charge of "receiving requests from other departments and summarizing them into concrete tasks", has been useful in ensuring accurate and careful communication.
The DLTX employees in charge of this work are all excellent people who pay attention to even the smallest details and proactively communicate if they have any questions. A few months ago, when I took over the project coordination role, we started holding 30-minute meetings every morning to share information among developers, and we are working to further improve the quality of our work.
In the future, we would like to update our procedure manuals, create manuals, and shorten the flow of regular projects, with the aim of improving work efficiency and strengthening our task management system.

A workplace where you can achieve ideal work-life balance and career advancement
The first reason I decided to work at DLTX was that it has a work environment that allows me to work full-time while also raising my children. From the time I joined the company until now, I have been able to achieve the work-life balance I wanted by taking advantage of systems such as flextime and remote work.
Another big attraction is the abundance of opportunities to learn about the latest technologies, such as generative AI, from seminars hosted by Studio Xedge to various seminars held outside the company.
Another thing is, ever since I started considering changing jobs, I had hoped to utilize my experience to work as a PM. When I spoke to a manager at DLTX during my job interview, he told me, "We have high expectations for your skills and experience". This was the deciding factor for me to decide to advance my career at this company.
