DLTX Management Scheme

Development Phase Management

Project information is reported to the PMO (Project Management Office) meeting, and project risks are evaluated from the perspective of QCD (quality, cost, delivery date), etc. The results of the evaluation at the PMO meeting are reported to the Business Supervision Subcommittee, which reviews the consideration of countermeasures according to the risks and confirms the status of initiatives. Risks that are deemed to be particularly important from a management perspective are reported to and discussed by the Internal Control Committee and then reported to the Board of Directors.

Operational Phase Management

System failure information is reported to the QMO (Quality Management Office) meeting, and failure cases and response status are shared and confirmed. The results of the confirmation at the QMO meeting are reported to the Quality Improvement Subcommittee, which consider and promote measures to strengthen the prevention of obstacles. Failure cases that are judged to have a particularly large impact on management are reported to and discussed by the Internal Control Committee and then reported to the Board of Directors.

This shows the support system for DLTX's internal control and quality improvement. It shows the flow of reports and feedback from each department on-site to various committees (business observation, quality improvement, PMO, QMO), the Internal Control Committee, and the Board of Directors, visualizing the process of preventing failures and ensuring quality.

System Integration

Utilizing our development experience in the life insurance industry, starting with taking on contracts related to development using COBOL, JAVA®, etc., we provide a variety of system integration services.

We are responsible for the development, maintenance, and operation of the entire life cycle of the systems that support Dai-ichi Life's insurance business. Utilizing this experience, we provide a series of services, from upstream to downstream system development, as well as maintenance and operation after deployment.

System proposals that go beyond business improvement

We analyze current operations, identify real issues, and plan and implement optimal system responses that are tailored to business processes, going beyond general system development tasks such as requirements definition, design, development, and testing.

Providing high-quality services

We implement high-quality, highly productive development and operation processes across the company in accordance with the "DLTX Development Standards" and "DLTX Operation Standards", which are processes that comply with global standards such as CMMI and ITIL.
