We support Dai-ichi Life's sales activities by developing and operating a variety of systems that support the sales activities of Dai-ichi Life's Total Life Plan Designers, sales offices, branch counters, and staff.
By operating approximately 50,000 tablet-type mobile PCs called "DL Pad" nationwide, we have changed our sales style from paper-based to interactive on-screen, enabling each customer to select the insurance product that is best suited to them.

In our administrative services business, we are entrusted with approximately 100 types of business operations from the Dai-ichi Life Group, including not only individual insurance but also group insurance.

Promoting digitalization of administrative tasks
We utilize Microsoft Office's "Access®", "Excel VBA", and "Microsoft 365 Tools" and conduct research on the latest advances in digital technology to promote the digitalization of administrative work.
We also listen carefully to customer needs and issues and propose solutions that utilize digitalization.

DX-related human resource development
For companies to promote DX, it is essential to not only realize digitalization but also to develop DX human resources who can support it. Since the establishment of DLTX, we have been engaged in system solutions and administrative services, but in order to utilize the experience and know-how that we have gained from bold challenges to develop human resources, we started a new business of DX-related human resource development from fiscal 2022. We will develop services that are close to customers while leveraging the synergy effects of system solutions and administrative services.
