We were founded in 1999 as the company responsible for IT and systems development with in Daiichi Life Group. In April 2026, in line with Daiichi Life Group’s brand renewal, we changed our company name to Daiichi Life Techno Cross Co., Ltd. and have taken a new step forward under the updated group brand.

The name “Techno Cross” reflects our commitment to creating sustainable value by crossing advanced technologies—such as AI—with business, while leading Daiichi Life Group’s digital transformation (DX) as an IT company.

Through our work on systems for Daiichi Life Group, we have developed a deep understanding of the complex operations and processes of the life insurance business. By working closely with our customers and addressing challenges together, we have delivered a wide range of valuable customer experiences. These strengths have also been highly recognized by clients beyond Daiichi Life Group.
